Measures we’re taking

How we’re ensuring workers know how to keep themselves safe from exposure to COVID-19

• GigSpace Management will ensure our procedures are up to date by a daily review of Ministry of Health guidance.

• Workers will be kept up to date with all current Covid Safety guidelines in accordance with Ottawa Public Health.

How we’re controlling the risk of transmission in our concert venue

Physical distancing and separation

• Masks strongly recommended due to the intimate size of the venue and close seating.

• Sanitizer available throughout the venue

Cleaning

• All high touch surfaces and washrooms will be disinfected frequently.

Other

• Air purifiers, outdoor air, and AC with a fresh air supply will ventilate the venue.

• Washrooms have fans ventilated to the outside.

What we will do if there is a potential case, or suspected exposure to, COVID-19 at our workplace

• In case of potential exposure all patrons, workers and performers will be notified and Ottawa Public Health will be contacted and work place safety measures followed.

How we’re managing any new risks caused by the changes made to the way we operate our business

• GigSpace Management will regularly update changes and assess risks to the business. GigSpace Management will communicate all information directly to workers and performers.

• Updates will be posted in the venue, on the venue website, and communicated to patrons.
