For this duo project, longtime musical colleagues Carlos Jiménez and Fraser Hollins explore and revisit the music of guitarist and composer Ralph Towner, mixed with jazz standards. This collaboration is a significant example of how music can be simultaneously influenced by classical and jazz elements, blending rigorous writing techniques with spontaneous interactions and improvisation.

The warm sounding and lush combination of classical guitar and upright bass, playing with both sonic and stylistic qualities coming from jazz and classical music, offers a unique musical interplay.
